Immigrant Development Organization

Established in 2017, the Immigrant Development Organization (ImmDev) is a non-profit organization committed to reducing inequality and fostering prosperity for individuals and families in Canada and abroad. ImmDev was built on the belief that economic inclusion and professional empowerment are key to a thriving, equitable society.

We develop programs, implement initiatives, and engage in global collaborations to improve lives and raise awareness of economic, social, and political disparities.

Programs

Business Training Program

• Equips immigrant entrepreneurs and professionals with leadership, marketing, and  business skills to help them build sustainable careers and economic independence in Canada.

Think Tank

• Brings together global experts and thought leaders to analyze and address critical social,  political,  and  economic challenges through research,  policy recommendations,  and  strategic discussions.

Speakers Series

• A community-driven forum featuring industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals, providing insights on leadership, business development, and emerging trends.

English Language Program

• Offers tailored language courses for international professionals, enhancing their ability to communicate effectively and integrate successfully into the Canadian workforce.

Jairo Arango is a Co-founder,  Member of the Board of Directors,  and   President of ImmDev. His leadership reflects his commitment to economic empowerment,  community-building, and   social impact.
